These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Tonus Health mobile app, website, and related services.

By using Tonus Health, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What The App Provides

Tonus Health may provide:

• Approximate calorie tracking
• Meal photo scanning
• Meal logs and nutrition goals
• Tonus recipes and meal ideas
• Blog and educational content
• Tonus package code redemption
• Loyalty access or app benefits connected to Tonus products

The app is designed for general wellness and lifestyle use only.

3. Not Medical Advice

Tonus Health does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, disease prevention, or emergency services.

Calorie estimates, recipe suggestions, meal plans, and nutrition content are informational and approximate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health, diet, weight-loss, or medical decisions.

If you have allergies, intolerances, a medical condition, are pregnant, are under medical supervision, or follow a prescribed diet, do not rely only on the app.

4. Accounts

You may need an account to use some features.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login details secure
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access

You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Tonus Code Redemption

Tonus package codes may unlock app access days, loyalty access, premium content, recipe benefits, or other in-app benefits.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Each valid code can be redeemed once.
• Each valid code adds the number of access days or benefits shown in the app.
• Current MVP rule: one valid Tonus code may add 3 days of access.
• Benefits may stack if the app allows stacking.
• Codes have no cash value.
• Codes may not be sold, copied, shared publicly, manipulated, or abused.
• We may refuse, revoke, or correct redemptions if we detect fraud, technical error, duplicate use, or abuse.

6. User Content

You may submit information such as meal photos, meal logs, goals, notes, or support messages.

You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to process your content only to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the app.

You must not upload content that is illegal, abusive, harmful, misleading, or violates someone else’s rights.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, attack, scrape, or disrupt the app
• Attempt to redeem fake, stolen, generated, or shared codes
• Create multiple accounts to abuse offers or benefits
• Use the app to violate laws or third-party rights
• Upload malicious files or harmful content
• Misrepresent Tonus products, app outputs, or health information

8. App Availability And Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue app features at any time. We may also change code-redemption rules, access rules, recipes, blog content, and loyalty benefits.

We will try to avoid removing active user access unfairly, but app availability is not guaranteed.

9. Third-Party Services

The app may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, AI/photo analysis, and support.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their terms.

10. Intellectual Property

The app, brand assets, design, text, recipes, guides, software, and other materials are owned by Tonus SH.P.K. or its licensors.

You may use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we give written permission.

11. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

• Calorie estimates are accurate
• Food recognition will identify every ingredient correctly
• Recipes are suitable for every user
• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The app will produce any health, weight, fitness, or lifestyle result

12. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tonus SH.P.K. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow limitation.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse codes, create risk for users, or misuse the app.

You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
