Free access
The current version of Tonus Health is available free of charge to users who are signed in. It does not require a subscription, purchase, or Tonus activation code.
We may introduce, remove, or change features in future versions. We will provide appropriate notice before making a material change to the terms of access.
General wellness only
Tonus Health provides calorie estimates, meal planning, recipes, weight tracking, and habit support for general wellness purposes only.
The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Personalized and AI-assisted results
Plans, calorie targets, and meal-photo analyses are generated using the information you provide and may use artificial intelligence. These outputs are estimates and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They do not guarantee any health or weight-related result. Review all outputs carefully before relying on them.
Your account and content
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use only your own account. You are responsible for the information, entries, and photos you submit and for ensuring that you have the right to upload them.
Safe and acceptable use
You must not:
- misuse the app;
- interfere with the app’s operation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems;
- upload unlawful or harmful content; or
- use automated means to abuse the service.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding allergies, pregnancy, eating disorders, medical conditions, medication concerns, or specific dietary needs.
Content and availability
Recipes, recommendations, store information, and product availability may change. Tonus content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We may update or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, security, or product improvements.
Account restriction or closure
You may stop using Tonus Health or permanently delete your account and associated data from Profile → Account and data at any time. For detailed instructions, visit the Account Deletion page.
We may restrict or close an account that threatens users or the service, violates these Terms, or violates applicable law.
